  • Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

In unused and original condition.

Returned with all accessories, original packaging, and bill/invoice.

Free from physical damage, scratches, burn marks, or signs of mishandling.

Non-Returnable Items

Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.

After inspection, the return will be processed as per our policy.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item delivered by us.

  • Refund/Replacement

After the returned item is inspected and approved, you may receive:

A refund (as per your payment method), which may take 5–7 working days after approval.
